An Evening With Monty & Reuben

Join Monty and Reuben for an evening packed with fun tales of their adventures, travels and experiences. Tickets are £10. See below for how you can get yours!

The evening will be a chance to show images and footage from all three Great Escapes - on the west coast of Scotland, the Outer Hebrides, and Ireland - as well as sequences from the filming of the acclaimed Great Barrier Reef series. After each sequence Monty (and Reuben!) will tell the story behind the scenes, and answer questions from the audience.

Monty will also discuss his new BBC series "The Fisherman's Apprentice" - charting the demise of the British fishing industry. He will also show sequences from the truly great ocean wildlife encounters around the globe, taken from his two series of Great Ocean Adventures fro Channel 5. 

Reuben will also be entirely happy to take questions, although you may have to give him a biscuit first. If the evening runs beyond a certain point, this will also work with Monty.

In short, a behind-the-scenes journey following ten years of wildlife and adventure television production for the BBC, the Discovery Channel, and National Geographic.

The event is being hosted by the University of Exeter, Event Exeter team and will take place at the Peter Chalk Centre.
