Leadership Programme Development Manager

Background: Monty Halls Ltd is a well known organisation in the field of leadership and team training, working with blue chip companies and elite sporting organisations in the UK and overseas. The business has recently been tasked to develop a major leadership training programme within the educational sector, and is seeking a high quality individual to co-ordinate this programme from initiation to delivery.

The Candidate: The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, as much of the development process will require face-to-face meetings with senior figures in the sector. Ideally the successful candidate will also have experience developing leadership programmes for young people. The need to operate independently is also a key factor, although the project as a whole will be co-ordinated centrally by Monty Halls in close co-operation with the successful applicant. The ability to collate data, produce reports, and drive the process with enthusiasm and focus are key assets. A driving license is essential.

Incentives: This is a twelve month contract, with a salary of £30K per annum. Should key performance targets be reached (these will be outlined at the interview stage, and relate to hitting certain development targets with the package itself) then the contract will be extended beyond the twelve month period.

Location: The business is located in Dartmouth, Devon.
