The Formula
Our corporate training is based on the combined experience of our team – instructors drawn from the spheres of business, the military, the media, and the expedition world. The result is many decades of first hand observation and priceless knowledge of working with teams in demanding environments, and getting the very best out of those teams.

Although each package is designed specifically around the organisation involved, the training tends to involve theoretical early phases, followed by practical tasks (for all abilities and fitness levels), culminating in analysis of performance and take home lessons that can be used to improve performance.
