Following up the surge in interest in Leaderbox, here’s some of the feedback from organisations we have worked with / are working with. Varying levels of engagement, from independent use during in-house training, through to sustained courses run in conjunction with ourselves. Strikes me that – having realised the potential, and the limitations, of remote / online training during lockdown – we’re all desperate to get back together, in a room, and participate in some practical stuff. That human interaction and energy, and the resultant debrief and debate – well, you can’t beat it in my humble opinion.
